Our mission is to empower Africans living in rural Kenya with the gift of bicycle transportation.
This is how it all started.
When a person receives a bicycle from Zangi Bikes, they not only will be receiving a gift of empowerment but will also experience the love of God and hope for the future.
Zangi Bikes began in the hearts of Ajay and Jessica Dixon after experiencing the culture of Kenya and seeing the lack of quality bicycle transportation. In 2006, they gifted a bicycle to their new friend, Papa Zangi, while in Kenya. Their time in Kenya revealed how a quality bicycle can help people experience increased job success, more educational benefits, and enhanced medical care. Combining their family’s love for cycling with their passion to empower the people in Kenya and share the love of Jesus while doing it, Zangi Bikes Inc. was born in 2021.

Our Organization
Zangi Bikes will partner with quality bike manufacturers to purchase bicycles specifically made to endure the Kenyan terrain with the goal of designing and branding our own bike in the future. Bikes will be shipped and delivered to our secure location in Thika, Kenya. Our team of partners in Kenya, along with a team of missionaries from the U.S., will assemble and then distribute the bikes to the surrounding towns and villages.
